Perform entry and/or exit operations and product storage in accordance with procedures. Ensure the reception and physical and IT stocking of products in compliance with Procedures. Prepare parts requested by production based on BSM or disputes, ensuring traceability. Collaborate with the logistics department. Ensure transfers with shipping. Participate in inventories and stock discrepancy control. Stock management. Perform regular rolling inventories to ensure stock availability and accuracy according to rules, ensuring coherent system data with physical reality. Identify and report discrepancies. Anticipate needs for critical parts to avoid stockouts; verify location if stock is decreasing. Ensure parts are stored according to standards. Maintain parts traceability. Work in coordination with production and logistics teams. Ensure product packaging according to their specificities. Ensure versatility within the team. Provide first-level support in execution. By delegation of the hierarchical manager, coordinate team activities. Participate in the implementation of new flows. Ensure follow-up of QRQC indicators. Act as a relay between operational teams and management to report issues.
