Within the Compressors, Chambers, and Structures Industrial Center of Excellence, you will work on the Complex Forming and Metal Fabrication line, handling 180 active military and civilian references. Your mission will be to perform welds on thin metal sheets for CFM/LEAP or M88 engine parts, both original equipment and replacement parts. In this role, you will be required to: - Comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations; - Follow work instructions provided by your supervisor; - Work as part of a team; - Meet production deadlines; - Perform pre-welding preparation operations; - Perform manual or semi-automatic welding of thin metal sheets; - Carry out post-welding operations; - Perform touch-up operations. You will also participate in daily team meetings and will be encouraged to contribute to the department's improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have initial welding experience, ideally on thin metals. You possess the technical skills to adapt to both production and rework operations. You are motivated and meticulous in order to guarantee the manufacturing and quality of our aeronautical products.
