• Create, update, and validate TS and Painting manufacturing processes.
• Analyze customer requirements and technical documents.
• Provide technical support to production and quality control.
• Process documentary evolutions (BOMs, Plans, FI, DA, STL).
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure monitoring of special process qualifications and quality actions.
• Participate in the analysis of non-conformities and the implementation of action plans.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a Methods position, ideally in an aeronautical industrial environment.
• Good command of reading and interpreting aeronautical plans.
• Knowledge of aeronautical special processes.
• Proficiency in office tools, ERP systems, and CATIA software.
• Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
