Job Purpose
- To manage the operations of the company's logistics service in Morocco, ensuring customer satisfaction, product safety, and cost optimization.
Main Missions
- Manage the reception and storage of finished products and spare parts, in line with the company's strategy, ensuring the availability and preservation of stored products and optimizing storage costs.
- Manage the processing, planning, and delivery of customer orders, with a constant focus on optimizing the quality/cost/delivery balance.
Required profile :
A Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) is required for this position.
Significant experience of 10 to 20 years in similar roles is essential, ideally in the home appliance sector.
To excel in this role, strong skills in team management, planning, and organization are expected. A thorough understanding of supply chain challenges and related IT tools is necessary.

المهام الرئيسية
- إدارة استقبال وتخزين المنتجات النهائية وقطع الغيار، بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية الشركة، مع ضمان توافر وحفظ المنتجات المخزنة وتحسين تكاليف التخزين.
- إدارة المعالجة والتخطيط والتسليم لطلبات العملاء، مع تركيز دائم على تحسين التوازن بين الجودة/التكلفة/التسليم.
الملف المطلوب :
يتطلب هذا المنصب شهادة الماجستير (البكالوريا +5 أو أعلى).
خبرة كبيرة من 10 إلى 20 سنة في وظائف مماثلة أمر أساسي، ويفضل في قطاع الأجهزة المنزلية.
للتألق في هذا الدور، من المتوقع وجود مهارات قوية في إدارة الفريق والتخطيط والتنظيم. من الضروري فهم عميق لتحديات سلسلة التوريد وأدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات ذات الصلة.
المهارات الأساسية تشمل:
