In the context of our client's development, we are looking for a Head of Methods and Planning.

Main Missions:

Lead the industrial methods and production scheduling activities to optimize workshop performance.
Develop, plan, and monitor production programs according to industrial capacities, deadlines, and customer needs.
Optimize manufacturing processes, production flows, and resource utilization.
Define and update operational guides, standard times, and production procedures.
Coordinate interfaces between production, maintenance, purchasing, logistics, and other technical departments.
Ensure monitoring of performance indicators (productivity, on-time delivery, service rate, OEE, etc.) and implement continuous improvement actions.
Participate in industrialization, process improvement, and cost optimization projects.
Supervise and develop the Methods and Planning teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental requirements, and industrial standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

State Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Proven experience of at least 8 years in industrial methods, planning, and scheduling within an industrial environment, ideally in the construction materials, metallurgy, cement, or heavy industry sectors.
Solid mastery of scheduling techniques, production planning, flow optimization, and industrial methods.
Proven experience in managing technical teams.
Good knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc.).
Proficiency in industrial ERP and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Sage X3, or equivalent) as well as advanced office tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, coordination, and priority management skills.
