Assists the Spa Manager in the daily management of spa operations to ensure smooth running and compliance with establishment standards. Supervises daily spa operations and ensures the department's proper functioning. Participates in the development and monitoring of schedules to ensure optimal team organization. Supports, motivates, and develops staff in a process of operational excellence and quality of service. Ensures compliance with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards, internal procedures, and hygiene and safety standards. Oversees reservations, treatments, memberships, and services to optimize occupancy rates and customer satisfaction. Monitors the quality of services, the presentation of treatment rooms and common areas (spa, pool, fitness center), as well as compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards. Ensures the smooth flow of information and effective communication within the team and with other hotel departments. Contributes to revenue growth through the promotion of treatments, subscriptions, and retail products (cross-selling and up-selling). Monitors stock levels, inventories, and orders for room and retail products. Oversees the administrative processing of supplier invoices and participates in the department's budget monitoring. Tracks performance indicators and contributes to achieving quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
A two-year or five-year degree (Bac+2 or Bac+5) in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Wellness, or a related field. Five years of professional experience, including at least two years in a similar role, ideally within a high-end hotel or establishment of comparable standing. A good understanding of the daily operations of a spa and the quality standards specific to a luxury establishment. Ability to assist the Spa Manager in the organization, coordination, and monitoring of spa activities. Proficient in team planning, scheduling, and operational organization. Thorough knowledge of the treatments, wellness products, and treatment protocols offered by the spa. Ability to ensure the quality of services and adherence to the establishment's procedures and standards. Proficient in managing reservations, welcoming clients, and monitoring their satisfaction. Sound knowledge of hygiene, safety, and health standards applicable to wellness areas. Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management and spa booking software. Sound knowledge of LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards and the ability to ensure their daily application to guarantee an excellent customer experience. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams in a process of operational excellence. Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail to guarantee services that meet the standards of a luxury establishment.
