The Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa is recruiting an Assistant/Coordinator QHSE. You will be responsible for participating in the deployment and monitoring of Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards within the establishment.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in the monitoring of QHSE procedures.
- Ensure the follow-up of internal controls and audits.
- Contribute to compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Participate in team awareness and training.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in the analysis of incidents and non-conformities.
- Ensure QHSE documentation follow-up.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the hotel's various departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile
- Training in QHSE, Quality, Hygiene, Safety, or a similar field.
- First experience in a hotel environment is appreciated.
- Rigor and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to raise team awareness.
