Responsibilities (keys)
- Change management strategy: define and implement the change management policy in accordance with ITIL and Inetum standards.
- Management of CAB committees: organize and lead change validation committees, arbitrate priorities and ensure traceability of decisions.
- Risk and impact analysis: anticipating the technical, organizational and financial impacts of changes.
- Multi-project coordination: synchronizing changes with other TDF program initiatives.
- Communication and change management: developing communication plans and supporting business and technical teams.
- Monitoring and continuous improvement: measuring the performance of changes, proposing optimizations and ensuring feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Desired profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in IT change management in critical environments (banking, telecom, industry).
- ITIL v4 certification required; Prince2 or PMI is a plus.
- Proficiency in change management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
Technical and behavioral skills
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS), Windows/Linux systems, and complex networks.
- Ability to manage crisis situations and ensure continuity of service.
- Rigour, organisation and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy in stakeholder management.

- Documented and validated change management strategy.
- Weekly and monthly reports on key indicators (successes, failures, impacts).
- Communication plans and training materials for the teams.
