Job :
Your tasks:
- Monitor performance indicators and identify sources of waste and inefficiency.
- Analyze the gaps between actual results and production goals.
- Identify the root causes of performance drops and propose corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and deploy Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Implement and maintain 5S standards in different workstations.
- Coordinate optimization actions with the Purchasing and General Services departments.
- Design and monitor performance dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
- Good command of data analysis and performance indicators.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods and continuous improvement tools.
- Good understanding of industrial processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ideally the Sylob ERP.
- Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
