Job :
We are recruiting for a highly reputable company, a Debt Collection Manager (M/F).
Main responsibilities:
• Manage the team and monitor productivity
• Ensure team leadership and coordination
• Develop team schedules and ensure their execution
• Analyze productivity data and develop necessary action plans
• Ensure adequate response to requests from clients and other entities
• Comply with case processing quality standards
• Provide technical product training in collaboration with business experts
• Coordinate with the manager of other departments
• Report on activity
Required profile :
• Bachelor's degree (4/5 years) in Economics or Law
• 3 years of experience in Debt Collection in a similar role

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
• إدارة الفريق ومراقبة الإنتاجية
• ضمان قيادة الفريق والتنسيق بين أعضائه
• وضع جداول عمل الفريق وضمان تنفيذها
• تحليل بيانات الإنتاجية ووضع خطط العمل اللازمة
• ضمان الاستجابة المناسبة لطلبات العملاء والجهات الأخرى
• الالتزام بمعايير جودة معالجة القضايا والملفات
• تقديم التدريب التقني على المنتجات بالتعاون مع خبراء المجال
• التنسيق مع مديري الأقسام الأخرى
• إعداد تقارير حول النشاط
المؤهلات المطلوبة :
• شهادة جامعية (4/5 سنوات) في الاقتصاد أو القانون
• خبرة 3 سنوات في مجال تحصيل الديون في منصب مماثل
