The mission will be guided by ECA's five new strategic directions which are: advancing ECA's position as a premier knowledge institution that builds on its unique position and privilege to bring global solutions to the continent's problems and take local solution to the continent; developing macroeconomic and structural policy options to accelerate economic diversification and job creation; designing and implementing innovative financing models for infrastructure, and for human, physical and social assets for a transforming Africa; contributing solutions to regional and trans-boundary challenges, with a focus on peace security and social inclusion as an important development nexus; advocating Africa's position at the global level and developing regional responses as a contribution to global governance issues. Job : <p>The Business Development Manager Industry will be responsible for building the industrial client portfolio for the sale of aluminum parts for the automotive and aeronautics sectors.</p><br><br><p><strong>Main Mission</strong><br>Develop the industrial client portfolio in Morocco by identifying and converting commercial opportunities in the industry sectors (automotive, aeronautics, agri-food, cement, mining, chemicals), with a direct contribution to the entity's revenue.</p><br><br><p><strong>Responsibilities and activities</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Actively prospect industrial accounts</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, needs qualification, technical and commercial offer, negotiation, closing</li><li>Qualify needs for injected aluminum parts (volumes, specifications, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, EN 9100 standards)</li><li>Develop technical partnerships with design offices and purchasing departments of prime contractors</li><li>Build the commercial pipeline</li><li>Propose solutions adapted to the specific needs of each industrial site (energy efficiency, lighting, automation)</li><li>Prepare supplier referencing files with manufacturers and equipment suppliers</li><li>Skills in costing and commercial negotiation</li></ul> <br> Required profile : <ul><li>Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role and very good knowledge of the following sectors: automotive and aeronautics, foundries, integrators, industrial sites</li><li>Autonomy and ability to cover the national territory (60% field time)</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills</li><li>Rigor in follow-up and reporting</li><li>Team spirit and cross-functional coordination skills</li><li>Resilience and results-oriented</li><li>Fluent French, Arabic (Darija) essential, English appreciated</li></ul><p><strong>Conditions & what we offer<br></strong></p><br><br><ul><li>A key position in the growth strategy of a rapidly expanding Moroccan industrial group</li><li>Direct reporting to the Sales Department</li><li>Permanent contract (CDI) with a 6-month trial period</li><li>Salary: fixed + variable based on objectives (revenue, pipeline, conversion)</li><li>Company car, laptop, phone, and travel expenses</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
