The Role of Server:
We currently have an opportunity for a Server to join our Four Seasons HotelRabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options.
Responsibilities will include The Food & Beverage Server position assists in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Assisting the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
Our Ideal Server candidate will have:
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred. Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel is an advantage.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.

تحت إشراف مساعد مدير المطعم، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم تجربة طعام أو مشروبات مخدومة بإتقان؛ وتوقع احتياجات الضيوف والعمل كخبير في خيارات قائمة الطعام.
ستشمل المسؤوليات: يساعد وظيفة نادل الأغذية والمشروبات في تقديم تجربة تناول طعام مخدومة بإتقان من خلال إزالة الأطباق وإعادة تجهيز الطاولات وفقاً للمعايير.
يعد نادل الأغذية والمشروبات عضواً أساسياً في فريق الأغذية والمشروبات المكرس لتقديم جودة وخدمة استثنائية لضيوفنا. مساعدة نادل الطعام في تقديم تجربة تناول طعام ممتعة ومخدومة بإتقان وتتوافق مع معايير فورسيزونز للتميز في الجودة والاحترافية والود. تنظيف الطاولات وإعادة إعدادها بتركيز وسرعة وبشكل كامل وفقاً للمواصفات.
يجب أن يتوفر في المرشح المثالي لوظيفة نادل:
شخصية منفتحة وأسلوب إيجابي قادر على إنجاز المهام الموكلة إليه.
يُفضل الحصول على درجة علمية أو دبلوم في إدارة الفنادق. وتعتبر الخبرة السابقة في المنتجات والفنادق الفاخرة ميزة إضافية.
إتقان اللغات الفرنسية والعربية والإنجليزية أمر ضروري لهذا الموقع، إلى جانب الأهلية للعمل في المغرب.
