Job :

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing, retaining, and managing a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction with a long-term partnership approach.





Main tasks:





  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts

  • Identify client needs and propose suitable commercial solutions

  • Develop and negotiate commercial offers and framework agreements

  • Ensure commercial, administrative, and financial follow-up of client accounts

  • Define and implement specific commercial action plans per client

  • Coordinate actions with internal teams

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis

  • Monitor performance indicators (revenue, margins, customer satisfaction)

  • Participate in prospecting for new key accounts

  • Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and professional events.




Required profile :


Skills:





  • Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management techniques.

  • Mastery of commercial negotiation techniques.

  • In-depth understanding of the company's products or services.

  • Ability to analyze clients' financial data.



Qualities:





  • Results and customer satisfaction oriented.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.

  • Sense of organization and effective time management.

  • Leadership in managing strategic client relationships.



Profile sought:





  • Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business, marketing, management, or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in key account management.
