المهام الرئيسية لك ستكون:
- الاستماع إلى احتياجات العملاء وتشخيصها من أجل تزويدهم بحل مناسب
- تطبيق العمليات المحددة وإتقان استخدام الأدوات
- إحالة أي معلومات تساعد في تحديد عطل أو تحسين إجراء
- المساهمة في سير الخدمة بسلاسة.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
- خريج شهادة البكالوريا وما فوق
- لديك مستوى ممتاز من اللغة الفرنسية (شفهيًا وكتابيًا)
- لدىك حس الاستماع والخدمة
- لديك حس الحجاج/الإقناع
- مزاجك ومهاراتك الشخصية تسهِّل تواصلك مع الآخرين
- مهارات تجارية وشخصية في إدارة العملاء
- معرفة مرغوبة بقطاع التأمين،
- القدرة على إدارة المواقف والعملاء الصعبين،

Your main missions will be:
- Listen to and diagnose customer needs in order to provide them with a suitable solution
- Apply defined processes and master the use of tools
- Forward any information that helps identify a malfunction or improve a procedure
- Contribute to the smooth running of the service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A graduate of Baccalaureate and above
- You have an excellent level of French (oral and written)
- A sense of listening and service
- You have a sense of argumentation
- Your temperament and interpersonal skills make it easy for you to connect with others
- Commercial and interpersonal skills in customer management
- Desirable knowledge of the insurance sector,
- Ability to manage difficult situations and clients,
