يدير الإشراف على وحدة هندسة الإنتاج وفق الأهداف والمؤشرات المحددة يصمم ويقود المبادرات المتعلقة بهندسة الإنتاج يتحمل المسؤولية عن المعايير والحوكمة والعمليات في منطقة المسؤولية يحدد ويدير ميزانيات تطوير الأنشطة within area of responsibility ي managed ي supervises multiple org units within Production Engineering يقترح وينفذ إجراءات لتحسين أداء الفريق والمرونة التنظيمية والتنوع والتخطيط للانتقال والتوجيه وإدارة التغيير والنمو الشخصي
المرشح المثالي
درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة، مع تركيز على التخصصات الصناعية، أمر ضروري لهذه الوظيفة. خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في منصب إداري رفيع المستوى ضمن قطاع التصنيع أو هندسة الإنتاج مطلوبة بشكل صارم. الخبرة المثبتة في عمليات هندسة الإنتاج والمعايير والممارسات الأفضل أمر حاسم. مهارات قيادية قوية والقدرة على إدارة وحدات تنظيمية متعددة أمر لا بد منه.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manages and supervises the Production Engineering org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Engineering Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Engineering Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on industrial disciplines, is essential for this role. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior managerial position within the manufacturing or production engineering sector is strictly required. Demonstrated expertise in production engineering processes, standards, and best practices is crucial. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple organisational units are imperative.
