كمشرف تقني أول بايثون/دجانغو، ستلعب دوراً رئيسياً في تصميم وتطوير وتطور تطبيقاتنا. ستكون مسؤولاً عن التميز التقني، ودعم مطوري الفريق، والمساهمة بنشاط في اختيارات الهندسة المعمارية ونجاح المشروع.
مهامك:
- تطوير تطبيقات ويب عالية الأداء باستخدام بايثون ودجانغو.
- المشاركة في تصميم المشروع وهندسته.
- دمج واجهات برمجة التطبيقات من طرف ثالث وإدارة قواعد البيانات العلاقية (PostgreSQL، MySQL).
- ضمان جودة الشفرة من خلال أفضل الممارسات، والاختبارات الوحدوية ومراجعات الشفرة.
- التعاون مع فرق المنتج وUX/UI لاقتراح حلول مثلى.
- المشاركة في الطقوس الأجايل (Scrum / Kanban).

الملف المطلوب:
- شهادة ماجستير في علوم الحاسوب أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة تطوير لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في دور مشابه.
- إتقان بايثون وإطار Django.
- خبرة مع قواعد البيانات العلائقية وDjango ORM.
- معرفة بمفاهيم RESTful API وتكامل الخدمات الخارجية.
المزايا:

As a Senior Tech Lead Python/Django, you will play a key role in the design, development, and evolution of our applications. You will be responsible for technical excellence, support the team's developers, and actively contribute to architectural choices and project success.
Your missions:
- Develop high-performance web applications in Python and Django.
- Participate in project design and architecture.
- Integrate third-party APIs and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Ensure code quality through best practices, unit tests, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product and UX/UI teams to propose optimal solutions.
- Participate in Agile rituals (Scrum / Kanban).
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile sought:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of development experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and the Django framework.
- Experience with relational databases and Django ORM.
- Knowledge of RESTful API concepts and external service integration.
Assets:
- Experience with Django REST Framework.
- Front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, React or Vue.js).
- Experience with cloud or containerized projects (AWS, Docker).
