Job :

As part of our client's business development, we are looking for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join a high-end establishment based in Casablanca.



Main missions:



Assist the Head Pastry Chef in the daily management of the pastry kitchen.
Supervise production and ensure the quality of creations.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
Participate in the creation of new pastries and the improvement of recipes.
Supervise and support the pastry team.




Required profile :

Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie.
Essential experience in high-end pastry shops, Michelin-starred restaurants, or luxury hotels/restaurants.
Excellent mastery of pastry techniques.
Good command of French (spoken and written).
Organizational skills, rigor, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
Team spirit and ability to manage a brigade.
