Job Details

Who are we? Safran is an international high-technology group operating in the fields of aeronautics (propulsion, equipment and interiors), space and defense. Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) is a subsidiary of the Safran Group. Driven by nearly 15,000 employees spread across 31 sites in 9 countries, SAE has been an aeronautical engine manufacturer for over 110 years. We design, develop, produce, and market, alone or in partnership, engines for civil or military aircraft, as well as for satellites. SAE has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops worldwide and offers its customers a complete range of interventions: performance restoration, replacement of limited-life parts, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment. To cope with the increased pace of LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco. Our new workshop located in the Casablanca-Settat region will be responsible for the maintenance of new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP) which equip, among others, the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737Max. Within the production department, the Propulsion Revision Engineer is directly involved in the maintenance workshops to ensure the repair, reliability, and regulatory compliance of engines and their modules. In a context of high quality and safety requirements, he/she will integrate a structured support program, combining technical training and soft skills development, with the long-term objective of evolving into a production supervisor position. His/her main missions are as follows: Participate in heavy maintenance (overhaul) activities of the engines: dismantling, inspection, expertise, repair, and reassembly. Apply and enforce maintenance procedures, manufacturer manuals, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to airworthiness monitoring, parts traceability, and associated documentation. Collaborate closely with production, quality, methods, logistics, and test bench teams. Monitor performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement actions. Progressively take on responsibilities to coordinate production teams, organize workshop activities, and ensure operational objectives are met.

Your assets for this position: You have successful experience in a similar role and/or you have a professional diploma in aeronautics (or equivalent). A first experience in mechanics and knowledge of the aeronautics world will be a plus! You are recognized for your rigor and proactivity in your missions. The ability to work in a team will be essential. You are able to read and understand English, in order to consult technical documentation before any intervention on parts.
