Job :
Main Objective:
- Ensure corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance of production equipment (CNC, test benches, systems, special machines), while respecting safety, quality, and deadline standards.
Main Tasks:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or automated failures;
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production machines according to the established CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) schedule;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of machine performance (TRS (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures));
- Propose and implement modifications to improve machine functionalities;
- Record and update daily activities using the CMMS system;
- Participate in machine installation, acceptance, or modification projects;
- Collaborate with external suppliers during complex interventions;
- Support and participate in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), Quality, and Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities;
- Provide technical support to operators;
- Train operators in first-level maintenance;
- Provide accurate technical reports to the supervisor;
- Perform any other assigned task.
Required profile :
Education & Experience:
- Associate's degree to Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or industrial maintenance.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in machine maintenance and repair in an industrial environment, preferably with CNC machines and in the aerospace sector.
Required Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of safety procedures (lockout/tagout, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment));
- Reading electrical and mechanical plans;
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems;
- Good practices in hydraulics and pneumatics;
- Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operating procedures;
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, mechanical measuring instruments);
- Comfort in practical work using equipment, tools, and machines;
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written). Proficiency in English is an asset.

Conditions:
Schedule: Willingness to work a rotating shift system: 2 work shifts (morning / evening);
On-call duty possible: Respond quickly to machine troubleshooting calls, including outside normal working hours if necessary;
- Flexible assignment across all machine equipment.
