Reporting to the Supply Chain Department, your main tasks are:





  • the regional logistics manager organizes, coordinates, and manages inbound and outbound goods flows, and ensures optimization of stock management and inventory reliability at the regional level. He guarantees the quality of services to internal and external customers, while respecting hygiene and safety standards.
     



Job Activities:





  • Deploy and ensure compliance with processes and standards at regional warehouse level

  • Development and management of dashboards related to regional logistics activities

  • Ensure the compliance of infrastructure and operating methods with regulatory requirements (i.e. ONSSA)

  • Be the preferred contact person for regional warehouses and provide solutions and support to ensure operational continuity

  • Be responsible for the reliability of operations, in terms of information and physical flows related to regional warehouses (i.e. Inventories, Returns, reset... etc.)

  • Management of human resources assigned to regional warehouses (productivity, integrity, leave, transfer and mobility, development... )

  • Organization and management of cycle and monthly inventories with analysis and reporting of supporting documents for any discrepancies.
     




Required profile :


Education and Experience:





  • Master's degree (Bac +5) or Engineering degree (Supply Chain specialization)

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an FMCG environment

  • SAP experience is a plus


     



Technical Skills:





  • Very good command of logistics operations

  • Advanced level in data analysis with perfect command of Excel

  • Excellent level on SAP
