Job :
- Ensure the daily administrative management of the company and contribute to the smooth running of Administrative activities, by guaranteeing the reliability of information, adherence to internal procedures, and the quality of service provided to employees.
- General Administration
- Physical and telephone reception of visitors and partners.
- Mail management (reception, sending, filing, archiving).
- Writing, formatting, and tracking administrative documents (letters, notes, certificates, reports).
- Organization and follow-up of calendars, meetings, and travel.
- Management and monitoring of administrative supplies and services.
Required profile :
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good knowledge of administrative management and basic labor law.
- Behavioral Skills
- Sense of organization and rigor.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role desired.
Languages: Fluent French, English is a plus.
