It provides this data via API to the entire ecosystem to generalize their processing and real-time consultation and simplifies and accelerates our data analysis processes to converge operations and decision-making.

As part of the Data Platform teams, the consultant will be responsible for:

• Participating in the implementation and continuous improvement of data pipelines using DevOps technologies such as Kubernetes, GCP, or Kafka.


• Being responsible for deployment automation, performance monitoring, and incident management.


• Working closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of data platforms.

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science (Bac+5 equivalent)

Experience: More than 7 years

Required skills:

• Proficiency in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Monitoring.


• In-depth knowledge of Apache Kafka, from advanced configuration (partitioning, replication, compaction) to production operation, including performance tuning, fine-grained management of topics and offsets, security implementation (TLS, SASL, ACL), and integration with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.


• Solid experience with Kubernetes, including creating and managing clusters, deploying applications, and monitoring performance.


• Comfortable with DevOps concepts, such as continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), and associated tools.


• Knowledge of security best practices and access policy implementation.


• Understanding of basic relational database concepts.


• Proficiency in scripting languages (bash, Python, etc.).


• Analytical and continuous improvement mindset: Ability to evaluate code and its impacts, and to question existing solutions to improve them.


• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.


• Excellent written and oral communication: Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and reports.


• Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.


• Proficiency in Agile concepts (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog...).
