Job :
As a Logistics Agent, your main tasks will be:
1. Follow-up of various repairs with the workshops: mechanical and bodywork. Entry of Repair Orders on DMS (opening and closing)
2. Placing orders with the spare parts department (PDR) for new vehicles & service vehicles & company cars and follow-up of PDR receipts (in case of accidents, damage noted upon delivery, missing accessories upon delivery...)
3. Follow-up of quality actions and warranty files for new vehicles at CAC:
4. Maintain a weekly follow-up of damage noted on new vehicles and for which they are immobilized on Salesforce
5. Respond to all delivery non-conformities noted by the provider within the day. Communicate with the concerned clients to give them visibility on the delivery (or immobilization which will be visible on Salesforce)
6. Manage insurance files for new vehicles & service vehicles & company cars
7. Manage priorities and emergencies in a dynamic environment
8. Regularly keep the fleet manager informed and follow his directives
9. Ensure collaboration and communication with the different departments of the company
Required profile :
- Minimum Bac +2 (2 years of higher education) in logistics, automotive mechanics, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally in a similar position.
- Good command of the Office Suite, especially Excel (spreadsheets, filters, basic formulas).
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Good ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.
- Available, responsive, rigorous.
