Job :


Your mission:







  • To lead and motivate the team to achieve set goals and KPIs.

  • To create and implement action plans to improve team performance.

  • To ensure excellent service quality through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.

  • To coordinate training programs and promote the professional development of team members.

  • To act as a link between the team and management to ensure all instructions and procedures are followed.

  • To report team performance to the Operations Manager and take corrective actions if necessary.

  • To foster a positive work environment and resolve any team conflicts.


Required profile :


Profile sought:







  • Minimum of 12 months of experience as a team leader.

  • Excellent command of Dutch and French, both written and spoken.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a problem-solving and results-oriented manner.

  • Experience using analysis tools and interpreting data to optimize team performance.
