Job :
Your mission:
- To lead and motivate the team to achieve set goals and KPIs.
- To create and implement action plans to improve team performance.
- To ensure excellent service quality through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
- To coordinate training programs and promote the professional development of team members.
- To act as a link between the team and management to ensure all instructions and procedures are followed.
- To report team performance to the Operations Manager and take corrective actions if necessary.
- To foster a positive work environment and resolve any team conflicts.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Minimum of 12 months of experience as a team leader.
- Excellent command of Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a problem-solving and results-oriented manner.
- Experience using analysis tools and interpreting data to optimize team performance.
