We are looking for an exceptional waitress/waiter who has a pleasant personality and ability to tackle difficult challenges while maintaining friendly and professional interactions & relationships with our guests.
A highly motivated individual who can use their creativity with other team members.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- The delivery of a consistent, positive customer service at all times
- knowledge of the menu and services available to guests
- The assistance of guests during their stay and the confidence to handle complaints
- The ability to maximize revenue through up selling
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year work experience as a waitress / waiters, preferably with hospitality experiences.
- Multi-tasking skill is vital as well as great attention to details and good hygiene knowledge
- A creative person who is also a good team player
- Active listening ability to listen to others with the intent to understand and without being distracted by external or internal factors
- High level of interpersonal skills and able to build lasting relationships within guests
