Job :
As an HRBP, you will be involved in key HR development topics:
Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
Consolidate recruitment needs with different entities
Deploy the recruitment plan in line with business objectives
Manage recruitments from start to finish and ensure the quality of onboarding
Track performance indicators and propose optimization actions
Training & Skills Development:
Identify training needs and build a plan consistent with the company's strategy
Manage the deployment of the training plan (organization, follow-up, evaluation...)
Manage relationships with training providers
Performance & Talent Management:
Manage annual performance review campaigns
Consolidate and analyze results
Contribute to identifying talent and high potentials
HR Projects & Internal Communication:
Participate in the deployment of structuring HR projects
Contribute to the development of internal communication tools
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources
3 years of experience in a similar role
Good command of HR fundamentals (recruitment, training, performance)
Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
Analytical skills, rigor, and organization
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
