As an HRBP, you will be involved in key HR development topics:





Recruitment & Workforce Planning:






  • Consolidate recruitment needs with different entities


  • Deploy the recruitment plan in line with business objectives


  • Manage recruitments from start to finish and ensure the quality of onboarding


  • Track performance indicators and propose optimization actions



Training & Skills Development:






  • Identify training needs and build a plan consistent with the company's strategy


  • Manage the deployment of the training plan (organization, follow-up, evaluation...)


  • Manage relationships with training providers



Performance & Talent Management:






  • Manage annual performance review campaigns


  • Consolidate and analyze results


  • Contribute to identifying talent and high potentials



HR Projects & Internal Communication:






  • Participate in the deployment of structuring HR projects


  • Contribute to the development of internal communication tools


Required profile :


  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources


  • 3 years of experience in a similar role


  • Good command of HR fundamentals (recruitment, training, performance)


  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously


  • Analytical skills, rigor, and organization


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
