The tasks of the role:



  • Identifying target companies and their key contacts (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, Finance and HR managers) through various available sources (internet, tools, social networks, directories, etc.) and extracting their contact details.
  • Recognizing business opportunities. You can also conduct targeted qualification campaigns by segmenting your database to identify leads in Research and Development (R&D) or innovation.
  • Qualifying incoming requests or leads from various sources and maintaining a complete and up-to-date pipeline.
  • Scheduling appointments with key contacts of the consultant to be represented, depending on the region to be managed.
  • Contributing to the development of sales campaigns and supporting their follow-up.
  • Drafting proposals and conducting negotiations to support the sales team in closing deals.


Required profile :

Required profile:



  • You have at least a high school diploma and/or more is also possible.
  • You have initial successful experience in a call center, ideally in B2B, and have excellent command of the German language.
  • Your sales spirit and dynamism are the key to success in our company! A sales-oriented mindset is required.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weekend off.
