Your mission:



As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in the quality of the customer experience by:



  • Responding to customer requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identifying and resolving problems or complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Proposing personalized solutions to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of services by sharing customer feedback and needs.

  • Are perfectly fluent in French, both spoken and written.
  • Have excellent communication skills, are organized, independent, and positive.
  • Are proficient with digital tools and show curiosity for new technologies.

Recruitment process:



1 Online tests (1 hour)
After receiving your application, you will get an email inviting you to take a series of interactive tests to evaluate your language and technical skills, and your personality.
2 Phone conversation
A first conversation with a member of the recruitment team to discover Concentrix and confirm your suitability for the position.
3 In-person interview



A meeting to discuss your profile in more detail and align your ambitions with our company culture.
