· Develop and implement a global data strategy, aligned with the company's business and digital objectives

· Define data governance policies: quality, security, and compliance

· Manage the collection, organization, and structuring of internal and external data

· Identify high-impact data use cases (BI, AI, data visualization, predictive models...)

· Coordinate data teams and projects in connection with business departments

· Develop a data-driven culture within the company by supporting and training teams

· Ensure technological and regulatory watch on data-related topics

· Higher education (Bac+5/Engineer, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent)

· Significant experience (3-5 years) in data-related professions

· Strong command of data governance, data architecture, cloud, security... issues

· Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and ability to support change

· Leadership, teaching ability, and ease in collaborating with various stakeholders (IT, business, legal, general management)
