Job :
- Identify social needs at the local level and propose suitable projects in the areas of education, health, integration, or culture.
- Plan, implement, and ensure daily monitoring of projects in the field.
- Coordinate actions with local stakeholders: associations, communities, public institutions, beneficiaries, etc.
- Ensure the proper execution of projects within deadlines, budget, and set objectives.
- Ensure data collection, regular reporting, project evaluation, and impact indicator reporting.
- Participate in the promotion of projects through communication materials or local events.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in social development, project management, social sciences, solidarity economy, or equivalent.
- Significant experience (10 years) in managing social projects, preferably in the field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and adaptability skills for field work.
- Listening skills, initiative, autonomy, and collaborative spirit.
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Knowledge of the local associative fabric and local social realities is a plus.
