Join our dynamic call center based in Casablanca. As a Customer Service Representative (H/F), your role will be essential in managing incoming calls and maintaining first-class customer relationships.
Your main goal will be to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience, responding professionally and courteously to every request. You will actively contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing incoming calls with diligence and professionalism.
- Providing accurate and complete information to customers.
- Managing customer requests, complaints, and specific needs.
- Meticulously recording interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required. Training in call center, commercial, sales, or export professions would be a major asset.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role within a call center is desired. This experience will allow you to quickly understand our challenges and develop skills in our tools and procedures.
