Job :

Recruitment:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, clearly defining job requirements to ensure ideal candidate profiles.

- Use a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms, professional networks, internal referrals, recruitment partners, and recruitment events to identify qualified candidates.

- Schedule and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and behavioral aptitudes against job and company requirements.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, gather feedback, and provide continuous support to ensure a smooth and efficient decision-making process.

- Coordinate and oversee the external recruitment process for non-COMDEP positions (selection, evaluation, onboarding, training) and alert stakeholders about any difficulties encountered.

- Coordinate the post-onboarding validation process.

- Ensure follow-up with new employees to guarantee successful integration.

- Propose new ideas on recruitment trends and practices to stay up-to-date in the field.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals/requirements and providing them with quality recruitment service.

• Analysis & reporting:

- Analyze the performance and profitability of different recruitment channels.

- Analyze the performance of the recruitment process for CEA or non-CEA positions (recruitment times, confirmation rates, pre-onboarding dropout rates, etc.) and identify issues, proposing areas for improvement.

- Perform regular activity and performance reporting to management.

- Prepare and present regular reports on activity and progress.

- Report to relevant stakeholders on recruitment actions carried out for CEA or non-CEA positions.

• Mentoring & skill development:

- Provide individualized mentoring and regular coaching to junior team members, guiding them in learning recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques.

- Share knowledge by providing relevant information and encouraging collaboration and experience sharing among team members.

- Regularly monitor the progress and performance of junior members, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement to help them achieve their professional development goals.




Required profile :

Minimum 4 years of experience in a headhunting firm.

A strong results-oriented mindset and direct sourcing skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Ability to analyze, prioritize, and support.

Enjoys teamwork and sharing best practices.
