Job :
Your mission: Contribute to complex machining operations by selecting and optimizing cutting tools for the manufacturing and/or repair of aeronautical parts.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize machining processes for all production units.
- Maintain the database of cutting tools, jigs, and gauges.
- Provide technical support on cutting tools and manufacturing processes within production cells.
- Prepare and organize, when necessary, cutting tests and analyze the results.
- Identify the best cutting tools to optimize machining operations (turning, milling, deburring), aiming for continuous improvement in quality and cost control.
- Manage small projects or multiple tasks within your area of specialization.
- Actively contribute to teamwork by applying your technical expertise.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Degree in aeronautical manufacturing, manufacturing techniques, or mechanics.
3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in mechanical production or industrial design.
Experience in managing cutting tools.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Good knowledge of CATIA V5.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and in simultaneous engineering.
- Good prioritization and organizational skills.
- Initiative, results-oriented, and commitment to continuous improvement.
