Reporting to the Management Unit Manager, you will oversee and monitor your activity to achieve quantitative and qualitative results, satisfy customers, distributors, and service providers by actively contributing to the achievement of the goals and objectives of AXA Services Maroc.
As such, your main missions will be to:
- Implement the necessary actions to achieve the defined quantitative and qualitative objectives,
- Monitor internal indicators and produce complete reports for your Management Unit Manager,
- Get your collaborators to embrace the company's values, objectives, and directives,
- Ensure the integration of new employees and support for the teams, as well as regular animation of the floor,
- Monitor, evaluate, and support your team by recognizing employee performance and defining areas for improvement based on needs.
Required profile :
With a Bac+2 education (or higher), you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within a call center.
- A field-oriented person, you are a good team manager and a good teacher. Thanks to your strong taste for challenges and your results-oriented approach, you have the ability to manage and motivate your team to achieve the set objectives.
- Autonomous and dynamic, you enjoy teamwork and are available and exemplary.
- Calm, stress-resistant, you have a strong ability to adapt and a good sense of situations.
