Job :

As part of our development, we are currently looking for a bilingual HR coordinator.




Missions:





Advice and support for operational staff





  • Respond to operational staff requests on all HR topics (recruitment, personnel administration, mutual insurance, payroll, labor law, compensation, performance management, training, career management, ...).

  • Support managers in establishing a culture of performance, meritocracy, and equal treatment (absenteeism monitoring, performance management, internal mobility management, disciplinary management, ...).

  • Assist operational staff in their HR-related decisions by helping them integrate the HR variable into their decisions (recruitment, disciplinary decisions, performance reviews, promotions, ...).

  • Explain and ensure the application of all HR procedures by operational staff.

  • Update HR monitoring and reporting tools and submit them to the human resources department on a monthly basis.

  • Develop all social dashboards for monitoring activity (absenteeism, performance, turnover, compensation, leave, ...).



HR Development





  • Coordinate, lead, and monitor the integration process,

  • Support managers in team development: determine support needs, define the training plan for employees in the scope of the function, prepare and support succession plans in coordination with the human resources department,

  • Update job descriptions and performance evaluation form templates,

  • Deploy and lead actions following the annual employee satisfaction survey.




Required profile :

With a Bac+3 / Bac+4 degree in HR, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
