Join our dynamic team as a Key Account Manager FMCG/ Personal Care in Casablanca. This is the ideal opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to take on new challenges in a growing company, where your impact will be directly linked to our success.
Your main mission will be to develop and retain a portfolio of strategic clients in the market. This will involve deeply understanding your clients' needs to offer them tailored solutions, thereby strengthening our positioning and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop and implement customized commercial strategies for each key account.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, and ensure performance monitoring.
- Identify new development and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, production) to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to anticipate changes.
- Represent the company at professional events and trade shows.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required. Higher education specialized in Sales/Commercial/Export will be a major asset for understanding market challenges and implementing effective strategies.
With significant experience of 5 to 10 years in key account management, ideally in the FMCG/Personal Care sector, you have a deep understanding of sales cycles and the dynamics of this market. Your background demonstrates your ability to meet and exceed set objectives.
