Job :
We are looking for you to propose a consultant for the role of Facility Manager for a duration of 6 months.
The role involves ensuring the activities/responsibilities of the facility manager for SGABS.
• Space Management:
o Planning and optimizing the use of workspaces.
o Layout and re-layout of offices.
• Facility Maintenance:
o Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
o Coordination of repairs and maintenance work.
• General Services Management:
o Management of cleaning, security, and reception services.
o Coordination of catering and cafeteria orders.
• Contract/SLA and Supplier Management:
o Selection and management of service providers based on validated business needs.
o Negotiation of offers related to their scope and monitoring of supplier performance.
• Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
o Organize building evacuation drills.
o Management of regulatory audits and inspections.
• Security Management
• Vehicle Fleet Management
• Overseas Travel Management
• Other matters may arise over time.
