Job :
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms and methods to post job ads, identify, and contact potential candidates, matching the required profiles.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate CVs and online profiles to select candidates who meet the criteria defined by recruitment managers.
- Interview Coordination: Organize telephone, video, or in-person interviews between pre-selected candidates and human resources managers or operational managers.
- Application Tracking: Ensure follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining transparent communication and responding to their potential questions.
- Interview Participation: Observe and actively participate in candidate interviews to better understand the needs of different departments and contribute to assessing candidate skills.
- Administration: Manage application-related documentation, update the candidate database, and contribute to improving internal recruitment processes.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources Management or an equivalent specialization.
- Excellent French and English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
- Good command of computer tools and online recruitment platforms.
- Organizational skills and effective priority management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
