Job :
Reporting to the Agriculture and Rural Development Department, your missions include:
- To provide technical assistance, monitoring, control, and supervision of hydro-agricultural development works,
- To supervise works related to rural roads, hydraulic structures, and irrigation networks,
- To control the implementation of localized irrigation equipment (drip, sprinkler, etc.) in accordance with technical standards and specifications,
- To participate in hydro-agricultural development studies (field surveys, diagnostics, sizing, technical proposals),
- To ensure monitoring of work progress, adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality,
- To write monitoring reports, site meeting minutes, and technical documents,
- To coordinate with companies, engineering firms, contracting authorities, and other project stakeholders.

Required profile :
- Diploma in Rural Engineering or equivalent,
- Specialization in water management and irrigation,
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in monitoring and supervising hydro-agricultural development projects,
- Good knowledge of rural road works, hydraulic structures, and localized irrigation equipment,
- Strong skills in site control and plan reading,
- Organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and teamwork spirit.
