This position is for a sales-oriented professional, capable of structuring an effective prospecting approach, turning opportunities into signed contracts, and building lasting relationships with B2B clients.






Main tasks:





  • Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients (SMEs, startups, subsidiaries, international groups).

  • Conduct active prospecting actions (cold calling, lead qualification, appointment setting).

  • Identify prospect needs and propose suitable solutions in accounting expertise, audit, tax, and consulting.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, ensure closing, and manage contract follow-up.

  • Build client loyalty and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (chartered accountants, auditors, tax advisors) to ensure service quality.

  • Track sales performance indicators and provide regular reports.

  • Contribute to the firm's visibility in the Moroccan, French, Belgian, and Canadian markets.




Required profile :

  • Higher education degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in sales, marketing, management, or finance.

  • Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a B2B sales role, ideally in professional services (accounting firm, audit, consulting, finance, insurance, IT services company...).

  • Proven experience in prospecting and client portfolio development.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to understand technical offers and translate them into clear value propositions for the client.

  • Strong results orientation and autonomy in work organization.

  • Very good oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in French is essential; English is a plus.
