As an MRB Engineer, based in Nouaceur, you will play a vital role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring the quality of our aeronautical products. As a true technical expert, you will provide production support by rigorously handling deviations from specifications. You will lead the analysis and classification of non-conformities according to our quality processes, relying on technical references and the support of specialists from the Technical Department. You will ensure that these deviations do not compromise the certification and reliability of our equipment in any way.

A cross-functional and collaborative role:
Your position places you at the center of communication with the company's various expert departments (design offices, Integration, Materials and Processes, quality, production, methods, etc.) and close to the product through our various assembly lines and composite clean rooms.
You will provide concrete solutions, communicate, and support the delivery teams to ensure optimal alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.

Technical skills:

• Reading and interpreting plans, functional dimensioning

• Using PLM/CATIA tools for consultation

• Knowledge of aeronautical assembly processes

• General mechanical knowledge

• Knowledge of composite materials, structural calculations, or methods would be a plus

To succeed in this role, a diploma of Bac +5 level or higher is required, ideally with a specialization in Methods / Processes / Industrialization. Solid technical training in engineering is fundamental.

We are looking for someone with professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally gained in the aeronautics sector. In-depth knowledge of the sector's manufacturing processes and quality standards will be a major asset.
