The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process and finished products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications. The role establishes and enforces quality systems, leads laboratory operations, manages audits and obtain relevant certifications, and drives continuous improvement across the plant to deliver consistent product quality.

• Develop and implement quality management systems like ISO.


• Establish inspection/testing standards for incoming, in process and outgoing material.Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, external certifications, and customer specifications.


• Proficiency with spectrometers testing equipment.


• Root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methods.


• Strong leadership and audit management skills.Familiarity with ERP/quality modules for documentation.


• Supervise the Laboratory Responsible and ensure timely analysis of samples.


• Oversee spectrometer, metallography, density, and other testing methods.


• Approve test reports and release batches for production/dispatch.


• Handle customer quality concerns, complaints, and product rejections.


• Ensure readiness for internal/external quality audits and certifications.


• Liaise with certification bodies and external labs as required.


• Enforce PPE usage and safe handling of samples, molten metal, and chemicals.


• Promote sustainable quality practices (reduced re-testing, optimized consumables).


• Support ZERO LTI in laboratory and inspection activities.


• Encourage defect prevention to reduce waste and energy use.


• Quality Risk: Prevent shipment of non-conforming ingots through strict batch approval.


• Operational Risk: Maintain calibration of lab instruments to avoid inaccurate results.


• Customer Risk: Ensure fast resolution of complaints to maintain customer trust.


• Compliance Risk: Avoid non-conformances in audits by proper record-keeping

• Minimum 7 years in quality management 


• English, French & Arabic Are required.


• Root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methods.


• Strong leadership and audit management skills.


• Familiarity with ERP/quality modules for documentation.
