Join a dynamic company in the Industries sector as an Administrative Purchasing Assistant in Casablanca. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the smooth running of procurement and administrative management processes.
Your role will be central to ensuring smooth and efficient administrative management of purchasing-related activities. You will be the preferred point of contact for organizing, coordinating, and tracking files, thereby ensuring the optimization of workflows and compliance with procedures.
- Manage the administrative follow-up of orders and purchasing contracts.
- Ensure the entry and filing of supplier invoices.
- Participate in the preparation of tender documents.
- Organize appointments and travel for the purchasing teams.
- Provide operational support for all administrative tasks of the purchasing department.
You will also be required to interact with various suppliers to obtain information or documents necessary for the smooth running of operations.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a diploma of Bac +3 level (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) is required, ideally in Purchasing / Supply Chain or Executive Assistant / General Services.
An experience of 5 to 10 years is essential. This period has allowed you to develop a solid understanding of administrative processes and purchasing functions.
- Proficiency in computer tools and office software (Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational and meticulous skills.
- Very good interpersonal skills and sense of communication.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Discretion and a sense of confidentiality.
A knowledge of purchasing management software would be a major asset.
