As part of our business development, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer with over 7 years of experience in DevOps to join our teams and work on a strategic digital transformation program.
You will join a Digital Factory dedicated to the transformation of HR processes, with the goal of digitizing, automating, and harmonizing business tools and applications to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
In a modern technological environment, you will contribute to the modernization of infrastructures and migration to Cloud environments, while participating in the industrialization of DevOps practices.
As a DevOps Engineer, your main tasks will be:

Automate and deploy Cloud infrastructures using Terraform

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (especially with GitLab CI)

Support development teams in implementing Infrastructure as Code practices

Participate in the industrialization and security of data flows between different applications

Contribute to the quality and reliability of production deployments

Implement supervision and monitoring solutions (Grafana, ELK)

Participate in the optimization of Cloud infrastructure performance and costs

Ensure the security and technical consistency of environments

Document solutions and share best practices with teams
Required profile :
Experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- over 7 years of experience in a DevOps / Cloud environment
Technical Skills
- Cloud: GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Azure knowledge appreciated
- DevOps: Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, Helm
- Systems: Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
- Monitoring: Grafana, ELK
- Languages: Python, Bash or equivalent
- Network knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, Load Balancing
Soft Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment
- Good communication in French and English
- Technical curiosity and interest in new technologies
