As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be involved in various tasks such as:
- Writing specifications.
- Managing the technical foundation of projects and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Integrating unit tests and monitoring quality indicators using tools like SonarQube.
- Participating in technical briefs and progress meetings.
- Technically mentoring junior profiles and supporting their skill development.
- Collaborating with project teams in an Agile (Scrum) or V-cycle environment.
Required profile :
- Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven experience (>= 5 years) in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow environments.
- Solid expertise in FSM, ITSM, CSM, SPM, HR, ITOM, SPM, WSD.
- Strong analytical skills, active listening, and adaptability.
