Job :

On behalf of the consulting firm Teamwork consulting, we are recruiting an office manager whose responsibilities will include:



  • Collaboration with the accountant for the verification of accounting documents.
  • Sending accounting documents to the accountant for VAT declaration (monthly or quarterly).
  • Tracking payments and reminders related to accounting (suppliers, customers).
  • Welcoming visitors (clients, partners, service providers) with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Preparing and organizing meeting rooms for visitors (availability of equipment, preparation of necessary documents).
  • Managing the archiving of administrative and accounting documents (paper and digital).
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, ensuring adequate stock.
  • Tracking inventory and internal requests from employees.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence.
  • Preparing administrative documents (reports, letters, contracts) and other administrative tasks.

Required profile :
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in management, accounting, administration, or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medium-sized company.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and VAT management.
  • Proficiency in office and document management tools (Office, Excel, scanning and archiving tools).
