Job :

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the proper functioning of the factory's equipment, materials, and infrastructure, while adhering to production, quality, and safety requirements. Your responsibilities include:

Planning and Management

• Develop and set up preventive and corrective maintenance schedules using CMMS, considering priorities, production constraints, and costs.
• Update priorities based on production reports and follow the associated action plan.
• React quickly in case of breakdowns and ensure effective problem-solving.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

• Monitor interventions performed and propose improvement actions.
• Evaluate maintenance performance (availability, completion rate, effectiveness of actions) and implement corrective plans.
• Participate in the management and optimization of the maintenance budget.

Purchasing and Supplier Management

• Enter technical purchase requests on X3 and follow up with the Purchasing department (local and import).
• Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the availability and conformity of parts.
• Monitor work carried out by subcontractors (needs, execution, conformity).

Team Management and Training

• Organize and supervise the maintenance team (recruitment, administrative management, assignments, training).
• Train and raise awareness among production staff on first-level maintenance.
• Develop the team's versatility and skills.

Spare Parts Management

• Optimize the management of the spare parts warehouse, monitor associated indicators, and ensure the permanent availability of spare parts.
• Prepare and monitor inventories of the spare parts warehouse.

Reporting and Indicators

• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators using dashboards.
• Provide regular reports to management and propose areas for improvement.

• State Engineer degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in large-scale industry.
• Proficiency in CMMS tools and industrial maintenance techniques.
• Proven experience in team management and maintenance project management.
• Knowledge of QHSE standards in an industrial environment.
