Job :
Reporting directly to General Management, you will play a key role in the organization, coordination, and smooth running of administrative and operational activities.
As such, your main tasks will be:
- Manage the General Management's schedule and priorities
- Organize meetings and write minutes
- Ensure communication between Management and the teams
- Follow up on files and follow up with stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks (mail, filing, documents)
- Ensure the smooth running of the office and general services
- Participate in the organization of internal events
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (General Management Assistant / Office Manager)
- Excellent organizational skills and sense of priority
- Very good level of French communication (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Sense of confidentiality and absolute discretion
- Initiative, rigor, and autonomy
